thought the world was over,
it became a butterfly~

    Today is a day for renewal
    Just like the caterpiller emerges from the cocoon as a butterfly
    just as the snake sheds it's skin
    we are the same but we are changed

    Our inherent godness and heart
    are the fulcrum for our personal evolution
    stay steady
    stay light

    walking the line without a net
    is what we practice by living in the moment

    Love is all there is
